Q:  How long before my Heaven's Star Award arrives?
A:  Your order will be processed and mailed out within 2-3 business days of your purchase via standard US Post Office mail.

Q:  How can I view my star's location?
A:  You will receive a Star Navigation Card along with your order that provides your star coordinates and website where you can view the location of your Heaven's Star online. 

Q:  Am I purchasing my own star?
A:  No one can actually own a star and so we are not permitted to sell one to you.  A Heaven's Star Award is
a unique and creative novelty recognition gift.   

Q:  Is my star registered and is it protected?
A:  Each recipient's name, number and celestial coordinates will be registered and maintained in our Heaven's Star Registry as belonging solely to the named recipient and neither their number nor star coordinates will ever be duplicated.
